At Blue Wave, we prepare some delicious Açaí bowls.
Making probably the best brunches and breakfasts in Santa Pola, we’ll leave you the recipe so you can make it at home, but I can tell you now that it won’t taste the same as if you had breakfast at Blue Wave.
We start with a crunchy base of granola with chocolate to add texture. Then, we add the açaí, served frozen and with a creamy consistency, perfect for palates looking for freshness and intense flavour.
Next, add slices of fresh banana and blueberries, which add natural sweetness and a hint of acidity. For a traditional Brazilian touch, sprinkle on some paçoca, a peanut sweet.
Finally, top the bowl with dusted pure chocolate, which not only enriches the flavour but also embellishes the presentation.
